Weaving a New Reality Now

This is not a passive month. We all need to prepare for a roller coaster ride. It is up to you to decide which roller coaster you get on. You have the power to choose. If you are not clear about how you want your life to be, someone else will decide for you and you may not be happy with the results. Forget “how it was in the past”. Do not let old failures and disappointments deter you from going after what you want.

We have been given a great opportunity to reinvent and reweave how we live on this planet; what we do for our livelihood, where we need to change, how we manage our energy, and what is important to us. Let us not waste this time being in fear or worry, or being attached to “things going back to the way they were.”

Weaving a new future will be done from within, from your inner desires, inner truth and knowing.

June–The Theme Is Adaptability!

The main theme for June is ADAPTABILITY!

You do not have to like some of the things that are happening, you just have to stop resisting them. Resistance requires a lot of energy that can be better spent elsewhere. This is a choice. If you really embraced the lessons around trust last month, you should find yourself in a place of greater acceptance and flexibility. Resistance is fear based and usually accompanied by negative emotions such as anger, martyrdom, judgment, resentment and blame. It can cause depression and anxiety negating inspiration, enthusiasm and your zest for life.

Adaptability is the ability to take a current situation or circumstance that is either unfamiliar or somehow unacceptable, and instead of resisting or blocking it, accepting and allowing it through your own choice. Instead of putting all of your energy into resistance and judgment, choose instead to put it into being resourceful and proactive

“How can I know who I am, when I am all this?”

“How can I know who I am, when I am all this?” he said, sweeping the surroundings with a gesture of his head.
– Don Juan Matus, Journey to Ixtlan.

Early man, and seers like don Juan, conceived of their reality as multi-dimensional. They knew they held within themselves the very same elements as their surroundings. They knew they were connected with the stones, rain, wind, trees, plants, animals, stars and merged their consciousness with nature. They communicated with nature and lived by the wisdom of the Spirit that moves through all things.

The ancients saw their universe as multiple, with consciousness existing in myriad of layers, unseen to the eye of the average man; seen only with the inner eye of the seer.

Contrast this with our dominant belief in a ‘one-dimensional’ world view. We are taught the concept of ‘one’ way of being and ‘one’ reality existing at a time. This gives rise to separation from our surroundings and each other, to narrowing our vast talents into a socially accepted groove, to thinking in limited ways–to perceiving life in linear ways…

We can integrate spiritual truths into our daily life to expand our ways of thinking and empowering ourselves. In my audiobook, The Warrior Spirit, I explain how we tend to limit ourselves with linear ways of thinking when it comes to financial goals.

Priest says “Hell is an invention of the church to control people with fear.”

Religions invent concepts just like every other creative human enterprise, and they have unleashed some remarkably harmful ideas onto humanity. The teachings that aim to control people and keep them subservient are the dangerous ones because they limit people’s awareness of the possible paths for spiritual evolution and personal freedom.

One example is the Christian belief of heaven and hell. The concept of heaven and hell has been so ingrained into the human psyche that many people cannot see beyond this limiting paradigm to any other possibility. Retired Episcopal bishop John Shelby Spong, however, doesn’t believe in the myth of hell. During a nationally televised interview, he shared why convincing the flock to believe in the concept of hell is absolutely critical to the Church’s survival.

I believe his intention for doing the interview is to inspire people to be empowered and strengthen their direct connection with the Creator. We can choose to bypass the middle men and have a direct, deeply personal relationship with the Creator in our day-to-day lives.

Financial Market Illusions, Cover Ups & Spiritual Lessons

This 10 minute video gives a good summary of the current bleak state of the financial markets and economy, but before you watch it, know this: I’m sharing this video (and similar posts) NOT to fill you with fear or any emotion that deplete your energy but to awaken your inner warrior that is always there to guide you in infinite ways.

We must not get sucked into all the drama out there, yet we must expand our awareness of how darkness tries to control humanity. Awareness and the ability to see the bigger picture, which includes both light and darkness, empowers us spiritually.

How?

Waking up and perceiving deception expands awareness and that empowers us. Deception and half-truths keep us in the dark. If we ignore that darkness exist, we become prey. Ignorance weakens us and endangers us.

When we expand our awareness, we can make wiser decisions because we’re better informed–we can see the bigger picture. How can we make the best decisions if we’re in the dark and can not see?

Awareness dissipates darkness. When you shed light on darkness, it loses its power.

Ancient spiritual wisdom teaches that everything is interconnected in a web of energy. If we allow ourselves to be enslaved by forces that aim to control our health or control us financially, our spiritual evolution will also be controlled…

What Can a Navy SEAL Teach You About Yoga?

Most people think of yoga as light stretching or group fitness for women only. Few realize yoga was created for warriors—military and spiritual—to strengthen and support their bodies during periods of intense growth and challenge.

Mark Divine, a retired Navy SEAL, accomplished yoga teacher, and martial artist, is leading a free 30 day Kokoro yoga online class will kick off on April 25th.

You can think of Kokoro yoga as warrior yoga. ‘Kokoro’ literally means heart or the feeling of it. It’s this merging of the warrior’s heart or spirit—with ancient physical poses or ‘asanas’—that transform your body into an instrument of power and performance.

April–A Time of Transition and Unsettled Energy

The month of April is marked by “unsettled” events… Think of a puzzle. There are pieces coming together, some that are still missing, and the final picture has not yet emerged. This month requires a great deal of trust and flexibility. Anything can happen. To be proactive with the month you will need to be very clear in your intentions and have good solid practices to keep you grounded. You will also need to be comfortable with, and accepting of sudden changes that come as a result of these unsettled times.

The Joy of Gold’s Healing Properties + Heart & Sun Connection

Modern scientific findings have found that gold does, in fact, have a positive effect on the mood and inspires confidence in the future. It gives us the foundation of JOY. And, it’s been found to have a beneficial effect during seasonal depression. People who suffer from certain heart conditions also seem to benefit when they wear gold.

And, modern science has found that gold has anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. It’s used in the production of a new generation of cosmetics.

How to get the healing benefits from gold?

You can use gold as jewelry. You can use gold in utensils. Back in the day, royalty and high priests would drink out of gold chalices, but that’s not practical for most of us…

Perhaps another way to get the benefits of gold is to ingest it. The only way to know is to test it. If you’re curious, you might want to take colloidal gold.

If this post stirred some interest in you, I encourage you to do your own research into the healing properties of gold.

Either way, you can benefit just by using gold as a way to strengthen your finances–as a way to hedge against economic chaos and declines in the purchasing power of the dollar.

Keep expanding your awareness! The rabbit hole is always deeper than you think!
