How to FocusAre you ready For Focus & Boundaries in August 2014?

This is a fiery and active month, demanding that you put your mojo out there to be seen and heard, to be focused and disciplined, and to get things done. It is not a month to be ambivalent, wishy washy, submissive, powerless and lethargic. There is an aggressive quality that comes with the territory of all this masculine energy that will need to be tempered through your own focus and disciplined work with boundaries.

If you are not clear about what you want and always take a submissive position to others, someone else’s strong focus will take over and you may find yourself swept up in something that is not yours. If you find this happening, don’t fight it, judge it or resist it. Simply cut yourself off from it and let it go. The aggressive quality of the month can result in fights, especially around being “right”, and we could even see a rise in domestic violence, as some of the aggression will surely manifest physically.

Because the month has a strong masculine and physical component, it’s a great month to actually manifest something physically from your own creativity and focus. If you truly work with FOCUS and BOUNDARIES, you will see results. It is also a good month to clear out any old patterning you may carry in your third chakra around masculine energy, aggression, safety, being seen, being powerful, being clear in your intentions and confident in your ability to manifest.

A lot of the work this month will be around the third chakra and using the energy of the sun to project your creativity in ways that are seen more powerfully in the world. This will be tricky for those of you used to always hiding behind others, giving your power away, allowing others to make your decisions for you, or always doubting yourself. There is tremendous growth potential in this area but it may be rough on relationships, sleep patterns, digestion and balancing your physical energy. Regular exercise where you push yourself a bit will be useful this month as a way to handle the charge.

How do you work with focus?

For those of you who have trouble with focus (which is probably most of you) practice every day for just a few minutes tuning out everything but one idea, one object, one sound. This is harder than it seems and you will get to observe how much distraction you actually deal with all the time. We are a multitasking culture that gets rewarded for being able to manage many balls in the air at the same time. There is a time and a place for such talent, but this month the work is about strengthening the opposite skill, FOCUS. Focus is like a muscle that needs to be toned and strengthened so that when you need it, you know it will deliver for you.

If you have clarity about something you wish to create or manifest, focus every day on that intention and observe the distractions that threaten to take you from that one focus. This is where the BOUNDARIES come in. Focus and boundaries go hand in hand because your boundaries around your time and space will protect your focus. Your boundaries will keep the distractions out while building a strong container for your own focus. The more you work with this the less you have the possibility of some one else’s focus absorbing you into their drama.

FOCUS is like putting a spotlight on something. BOUNDARIES are there to insure that what is not under the spotlight does not interfere. Some of you have better boundaries in general than others. We would even say that some of you have boundaries that are too strong and are there out of a fear of being seen or being intimate with others. Boundaries that are too rigid will not be useful, as they tend to strengthen the hiding or withdrawing part of you rather than the protection of how you shine in the world.

So it is important to examine your boundaries and observe them to see if they are non-existent, too weak, just right, too strong etc. It is also a good idea to revisit the origin of certain boundaries to make sure the motivation behind them is still appropriate. For example if you have a mistrust of others based on an old fear of being ripped off, you may have a boundary that keeps you from ever collaborating with others and asking for support when you need it.

Having good boundaries will teach you when to say no and when to say yes. It is also important to honor other people’s boundaries and not to take their “no’s” personally.

How the month shows up

YOU PERSONALLY

August has the potential be a fabulous month for you to breakthrough and heal your doubts, inhibitions, self-deprecation and general inability to take action. It could be an uncomfortable month physically and energetically for some of you that are not used to running great amounts of energy. It is really important to be disciplined around the work especially regarding the third chakra. Your relationship with the masculine will also come up this month for review.

What is your relationship to and with the masculine? With the males in your life? With your own masculine energy? Do you fear it? Do you disregard it as unimportant? Do you mistrust it? Do you judge it?

The masculine as its greater archetype is generous, protective, focused, productive, clear, sincere, loyal and steadfast. The masculine takes the creativity of the feminine and turns it into something solid. There is much work to do with embracing the masculine and allowing it to function fully. This is the month where we have that kind of support. Solar energy from the sun embodies the masculine, as the sun is an archetype of the patriarchal force. So work with the sun and make friends with the masculine.

RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships will be challenged this month as they find new balance with boundaries and focus, and work with tempering the aggressive quality of the influences. In learning about the appropriate use of “no” and “yes”, your boundaries will be tested. How far are you willing to compromise and when is it enough?

Rather than trying to force current relationships to fit a new picture of what you want, focus instead on bringing that new relationship picture into your personal experience. Then allow the relationships in your life to either adjust to that new picture or not. Focus on how you want to feel in your relationships and work with the energy of how you wish to be seen.

It will be important not to take things personally as well as to give ample space for relationships to “work things out” in their own time. Be careful not to judge too quickly or make assumptions. It is not always what it seems to be.

ENVIRONMENT

Because of the fiery aspect of the month we could see some volcanic activity as well as increased fires in some areas of the world. This is also a symbolism of your own internal environment where you could experience your own volcanic activity and energy of heat. There is an explosive quality to the month that could end up in more violent storms, and other weather phenomena. Remember that the external environment always reflects what is happening on the inside.

There is a lot of discussion these days about big changes in the environment and how difficult it is to make accurate predictions. Embrace the change and accept quirky weather patterns as a permanent positive expression of change on the planet instead of as something temporary.

HEALTH/PHYSICAL BODY

We mentioned already that some of you might have issues around digestion, the third chakra and sleep. We also suggest moving the body and increasing your physical activity level to train the body to handle more energy. This is not a month to sit around and do nothing. If you insist on being a couch potato you will become a very irritated and anxious couch potato. Say “no” to the resistance to physical activity and get off your ______ and move.

You may have to work with some boundaries around protecting a time schedule around a new routine of self-care. This may also take more focus and discipline than you are used to, but the rewards will be high.

August is also a month where physical movement may be expressed through the actual moving of location or job. This could be sudden. If it happens, trust that it is right and go for it.

BUSINESS/PARTNERSHIPS/PROJECTS

Change, expansion, productivity, restructuring with ease, clarity of new intentions, and great movement are all possible this month in business and around partnerships and projects. This is a month to be a bit ruthless around your boundaries. If something is not working out, cut it off. If you have a problem employee that you have bent over backwards trying to help, this would be the month to help them to move on. If you have been looking and searching for right work, this would be the month to refine your intentions of what you truly want and then to use a bit of aggression to move towards what you want through FOCUS and setting BOUNDARIES against your distractions.

If you have been procrastinating something like your taxes or resume or filing, or any physical organization of your environment that is supposed to support your business, work or finances, take some time this month to organize, clear, throw away old stuff, connect and communicate with partners. Put some good new energy into your projects.

This is a really great month for manifesting as long as you know what you want, focus on it with clarity, and set some good boundaries around your own discipline to do what it takes.

May 2013 A Time for Breakthroughs and Manifesting

The theme for May is manifesting.

Magic Door and ManifestingThis is a very powerful month and you would be wise to use it well. The theme of manifesting brings up many areas to work on. There is plenty of material around this theme for growth, change, elimination, study, breakthrough, expansion, balance and alignment. It continues to be a creative time with lots of opportunities for beginnings and endings but the main focus that will give you the most for your efforts is the study and understanding of what MANIFESTING is all about. So treat this month as a daily workshop on manifesting and set an intention that you will end this month with a greater understanding and ability to manifest. Insert the intention for magic and miracles whenever possible as this is a good month for both magic and miracles.

This will require exploring your current beliefs about how everything in your life becomes manifest and understanding it in such a way that you become empowered with the ability to be more conscious about how you manifest your life. This understanding is crucial at this time as we are in the window of eclipses (there are two this month and there was one in April) providing us with great power and opportunity and offering us a portal for changing what we believe about our ability to have what we want.

In recent years there has been much study and a greater understanding of the quantum field, the energy that holds all possibilities, and how to access it to change certain trajectories and cycles that seem to run our lives. For most of us it still remains a deep mystery and we are always trying to understand the mechanics of how and why we manifest what we do.

Why do some people seem to manifest great financial prosperity and others struggle their whole lives with a deep poverty consciousness?

Why do some people manifest good relationships that others only yearn for?

Why do some people manifest nothing but misfortune with every decision?

You could blame the differences on astrology, poor imprinting, your parents, karma, and the actions and choices of others, all valid considerations. However the patterns created by these influences can be worked with in a positive way. They can be changed as long as you can extricate yourself from the lineage of low havingness and the icons you have bought into over your lifetime. (Suggested audio “The Family Icon”) Icons are strong and they go beyond the family and can include collective experiences such as the Great Depression or the Holocaust or a great Famine or a significant War. We are all made up of an intricate set of patterns and to understand how the patterns are linked is to begin to understand what and how we manifest.

Some people manifest wonderful things for their business and work and are terrible at manifesting right relationship. Others have all the love and support of community and friends and loved ones but no money. And others still have great amounts of money and support and even good relationships but very poor health.

So what is that all about?

There are different lessons for each of us about what and how we manifest. The way that our belief systems are linked up has everything to do with what we end up creating for ourselves. For example, as a child if you witnessed a family member that put financial success over and above quality relationships with the family and there was conflict and resentment about that, you may have made a subconscious decision that love and financial success do not mix. Therefore subconsciously you would choose one and eliminate the other.

If you witnessed or experienced that lots of love and passion and attention in your family somehow created emotional conflict or that what one parent manifested caused the other one to have negative emotions, you may make a subconscious choice not to manifest love and passion in your life.

In the same way, if you witnessed or experienced as a child that the only time you could manifest love and caring attention to your body was to be in poor health, then your belief about having caring and attention for yourself would require manifesting poor health throughout your whole life.

All of us have made strong subconscious decisions early in life to separate ourselves from what we saw or experienced that we did not like. So there is a built in block to manifesting anything that is linked to a negative experience. The examination of self and what makes us who we are is key to changing our relationship to the way we manifest.

The value of what you manifest is related to the value you have for yourself. Not the value that someone else places on you but what you place on yourself. There is an erroneous notion that manifesting requires something from the outside, some element outside of us that comes in and makes it happen. Although support is necessary, it is our own energy field that draws towards it the elements around our intentions and turns them into manifestations. Your intention and thoughts and beliefs are the ones that attract the material that creates your life. So it is important that you examine your beliefs about what you think you need from somewhere else in order to manifest, and your expectations of that happening.

Understanding how intentions work is another aspect of understanding manifesting. If you set an intention and are clear and committed and certain about that intention without a doubt, send it into the quantum field and send it from your heart. The worst thing you can do is then to begin to worry about that intention not manifesting. Because, guess what? You will confuse the quantum field, which will then feed the worry and take its direction from your worry that the intention will NOT manifest. All the energy will go into NOT manifesting that intention. It is a true discipline to set our intentions free without worry or micromanaging them, and it would be so much simpler if we could all just energetically lobotomize our minds. This is a great month to work on this discipline of clarifying our intentions; committing 100% to them and then letting them go without another thought or worry.

There is also an erroneous belief that in order to manifest something you must “go after it”. Although there always needs to be a balance between being and doing, giving and receiving, there is way too much emphasis on going after what you want. Once you set your intention, you need to let it go and then relax, take action as appropriate timing dictates, but let it come to you as you magnetize your desire, and refrain from worry or obsession. It will only get in the way.

The scarcity complex.

The scarcity complex is the definition and belief that there is a finite amount of energy, money, health, relationship, love etc. to go around and if you have an abundance of it, it means someone else goes without. Or if someone else has what you believe to be more than their share, then you go without. Where did that come from? Wherever it came from, it needs to go the way of all old patterns that no longer serve.

The truth is there is an infinite amount of source and it is only your attachment to something you manifested because you believe it is the best you can do and you fear losing it and ending up with nothing that keeps perpetrating that belief. If you believe it, it will be so. The challenge here is to stretch outside of that box and begin to experience the infinite possibilities of infinite source.

We all need support but many of us look for and expect support from the wrong people and the wrong places. Anyone who has a limited view of manifesting and a strong mind set about who you are, what you are capable of, what you should have or not have, is not a good prospect for support. Support yourself first. Build a strong inner relationship within yourself first. Work on your own beliefs and intentions. Then…see who or what shows up to support that. You may be surprised. They probably won’t be the ones who are closest to you.

Remember to work with the concept of magic and miracles and all possibilities.

The opportunity this month is to truly shift your understanding and experience of manifesting in a very positive way.

The challenge will be dealing with all the doubt, negative thoughts and whatever else comes up around this issue of what and how you manifest. Remember that when stuff comes up and you are facing some of your “not-so-fun” manifestations, that you have the power to change, transform, eliminate and shift. Remember magic and miracles.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

This is a great opportunity to work through any and all issues around manifesting. You will need discipline to examine neutrally where you are currently in your life, what old patterns run you, where they came from, how you identify with or against them and to shift your beliefs about your own value and what you can have. Because of the personal nature of the work, it will be important that you honor your boundaries and stay away from the entanglements of brought on by what other people think you should be or do. Remember that manifesting should not “need” anything from the outside except the appropriate support. So this is the month where you can also examine your support and be more discerning about where it comes from.

Evaluate what you are currently manifesting in all areas; financial, relationship, community, environment, physical support, health, energy, enthusiasm, right work, enough play and rest, inspiration etc. What needs work? Where are you lacking the right kind of support? What are your expectations? Are they appropriate? You may not get all the answers in a neat little package but if you set the intention to do the work, it will start things moving in the right direction.

RELATIONSHIPS

What are you manifesting? Is it good? If not, examine your relationship with yourself. What are you manifesting there? Criticism? Judgment? Poor health? Lack? Irritation? Lethargy? Do you feel connected to your essence? Do you expect someone else to fix it?

Start there and then move on to your relationships with others. What are you magnetizing? If you feel a lack of understanding and support, you are probably experiencing the same thing in your relationship with self. Do you take care of yourself? When was the last time you thanked yourself and your body for being there for you? For some of you, this month will be all about rebooting your relationship with self. If you focus there, manifesting better relationships with others will automatically follow.

THE ENVIRONMENT

What kind of environment have you manifested for yourself to live in, to work in, to play in, and to rest in? Is it satisfactory? What do you think you deserve and what do you believe you have to put up with as a compromise to some situation or to “pay your dues”? What have you manifested in this life in terms of your environment? Is it cluttered or full of low frequency stuff? We are focusing on your personal environment as the place to start. Once you get an understanding of manifesting what you want in your personal environment you can move to the greater environment and participate in manifesting a better community and global environment.
Begin to look around and to see the whole environment as a manifestation of a collective set of patterns and beliefs. If you can shift the way you experience the environment as a co-creator and not a victim of it, you will gain a greater understanding in how you can participate in manifesting what we all desire.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

What you manifest is what you experience. The body will definitely speak to you this month and you will get to see exactly what you have manifested for yourself. The good news is that you can change it. Remember magic and miracles. Your body is perhaps the best barometer for where you are in any process, as the body will get your attention the fastest and the most powerfully. How can you support your body this month? How can you be more responsible? You have to really own your 100% responsibility for your body before you can manifest exactly what you want in relation to your body.

As you work with this concept of responsibility, your body may go through lots of mood swings as the challenges of doubt and deserveability come up for examination. Remember that you are the architect of your life and whatever has manifest is entirely of your own creation.

FINANCE, PROJECTS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS

This is perhaps the best area this month to make progress you can track. Because of icons, old patterns, conflicting belief systems and lack of personal value and deserveability, the area of manifesting success in work and finances is a favorite study for most of us. Pick something this month and work on it. Do you believe in the scarcity complex? Do you routinely manifest a lack of support? Do you believe in your talents and skills or do you wait for someone to take pity on you? You can do a lot of work in this area this month. Follow the threads of your beliefs to the roots and make changes. Practice setting your intentions in a clear and committed way and then release them without worry. Practice magnetizing the right people for partnerships, and allow the right timing to dictate your actions.
The opportunities for manifesting are truly amazing this month.

Are you using sound to speed up creating changes in your life?

Brain Waves and Mind Body FrequenciesIn this post, I share some fascinating facts about sound and how frequencies can help you change your brain waves and create changes in your life.

(At the end of this post, I’ll also let you know how you can get a free sample download).

Everything is energy.  Everything has its unique vibration—a unique tone or frequency.  Sound, light and electricity are waves of energy. These waves can be measured to determine the exact frequency of the energy.  (Frequency, measured in Hertz “Hz” units, measures the number of waves that pass by per second).  An “A” note on a violin string, for example, vibrates at about 440 Hz (440 vibrations per second).

Everything emits sound.  The cells in your body, every organ, your thoughts, emotions, the earth, rocks & the planets all have their unique frequency or tone.

Scientists have discovered, for example, that there are ”cancer cells” which emit distinct sounds from healthy cells.  Research is being done to explore the effects of playing frequencies of healthy cells to cancer cells to transform sick cells into healthy ones.  Scientists have also researched sounds that are emitted from the planets. Jupiter, for example, emits the loudest music.  It’s interesting that Jupiter, which has a frequency of 183.6 Hz, is associated with growth, success and creative power, according to the Zodiac and other ancient knowledge.

You might be wondering, “How can this type of knowledge help me?”  We can use sounds, or frequencies, to entrain our minds–to alter our brain waves– and boost our mind powers.

Modern science now understands that rhythmic sounds and frequencies affect brain-wave activity.  In the last two decades, there’s been tons of research on mind enhancement tools, such as mind machines and audio recordings, that help us change our brain waves with the push of a button.

In past posts, I have written about the benefits of consciously slowing down brain wave activity and entering deeper meditative states, such as Theta.  Slower brain wave states are highly effective for releasing negative emotions, healing, manifesting, developing intuitive abilities and tapping levels of extraordinary awareness.  While slower brain waves are enormously valuable, higher frequency states, such as Beta/Gamma, also provide their own benefits.

If you want to enhance your mind abilities when you’re at the office or working on your computer or doing analytical work that requires use of your logical mind, you can greatly benefit from high-alert states, such as Beta/Gamma.

In a nutshell, there are four recognized brain wave ranges: Beta (14-30 Hz) is present in normal waking consciousness; Alpha (7-14 Hz) in states of relaxation; Theta (4-7 Hz) in meditative states; and the slowest, Delta (0.5-4 Hz) in deep sleep and profound meditative states.

The most recently discovered brain frequency is Gamma, which is the fastest in frequency at above  30 Hz.  Many researchers don’t distinguish Beta from Gamma waves, and refer to it as Super Beta.  Gamma  is associated with bursts of insights,  high-level information processing such as math and data analysis.`

One Practice To Help You To Keep Going!

Strong willIt’s natural to experience challenges as you move closer to realizing your goal. That’s part of life.  Don’t be discouraged. Keep moving forward on your path. Use every opportunity to learn and grow.  Wherever there is growth, there is personal power.

When you encounter challenges along your path, remember that you have the power of choice. You can choose weakness and allow the world out there to control you and diminish your life-force.  Or, you can choose strength, learn the lessons that present themselves and keep moving forward.

Use the power of your will to help you to keep moving forward.

The will is the power-control in our minds. It’s a force which holds your thought in a given direction until you accomplish the result you want. The results of using a strong will can be amazing.

Will is not a thought or a wish.  It is a force that makes you succeed when your thoughts tell you otherwise.  Will is something we can use when, for instance, we want to accomplish a goal, but our logical mind tells us it is not likely or possible.  Will power is a kind of control we have over ourselves. It’s inner power.

With a properly trained will, you can focus on a thought and hold it until it has finished its work.  Yes, you can train yourself to have a strong will. When you have strong will power, you’ll be able to stay focused on any idea or goal until you accomplish what you willed.

You need to have a strong will to achieve your deepest goals.

If you have a weak will, you make it much harder on yourself to achieve the results you want.  Let’s say you have a goal to finish a business project but you get distracted and don’t focus on your goal or you procrastinate working on the project.  This is an example of a weak will. You know your thoughts should be kept on your business project but your will power is too weak.

What can you do if you have weak will power?

You can build up a strong will through practice, and you can choose to use your will power.

Awareness Is Your Greatest Weapon During These Times

This post will probably not be popular, but it is my most important post to date.  I am not going to write about the magic of life or about love but about the dark side.   I have to share with you what my inner vision has guided me to do.

Over the last few weeks, we have all been hearing about the most heinous crimes, such as the report about the man in Florida who turned into a cannibal.  The growing horrendous news reports about what people are doing to each other has been incredible, truly hard to believe.  You don’t need for me to tell you about the increase in inhumane crimes.  You can listen to the news yourself.  But I do want to bring your attention to the fact that these dark acts are starting to occur with greater frequency and affect us all.

I suggest that you pay attention to the news just enough to be aware of what is going on in the world but without becoming obsessed with the news.  Think hard about you learn.  Reflect on the news using your rational mind.  But you also need to go deeper than just reading the news—you need to go within for insights and intuitive sensing.   Together, your rational mind and intuitive mind will help you.

The most important spiritual practice you can do at this time is to develop your intuitive powers.

It is crucial to learn how to develop your sensing abilities.  Pay more attention to your gut feelings, to that sense of knowingness and images that may come to you.  For example, if you have a sense that you should not get on a train, then don’t do it.  If you get even a little glimmer of danger, pay attention and act on what you sense.  Don’t leave anything to chance.

The communication from your inner voice can be so subtle that you might ignore a feeling that you get or an image that you see in your mind.  It’s important that you fine tune your sensitivity to what does not feel right to you.  Your sensing abilities serve as early warning signs.

As you practice your intuitive abilities—your powers of awareness, you will get better at sensing with greater accuracy.  Awareness is your only weapon on a deep spiritual level.   It is a gift from Spirit.  Use it.  To quote Tom Brown Jr. “Awareness is the most important physical and spiritual skill we have. “

We need to be aware of both–the light and darkness.  Many on the spiritual path focus only on the light and miss the big picture. Mind machines are high-tech mind tools that have been proven to enhance mental functioning, boost brain power, alter your mood, and quickly produce peak performance brain states. They are highly effective tools to help you access deeper mind states, such as Theta, faster.   You can use them to speed up the process of mind  training.

Light and sound machines, also called AVS (audio visual stimulation), are the most common mind machines.  They’reeasy to use and pleasurable. Using light and sound pulses at a specified frequency, the mind machine stimulates mental activity in various ways.  They essentially enable you to shift perception from the waking state to a variety of altered states of consciousness. MODERN MIND TECHNOLOGY & ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE

For centuries, temples, meditation schools and churches have used sensory stimulation to heighten one’s experience.Light and sound, for example, have been used to quiet the mind and calm the body.  Temple bells, singing, chanting, awe inspiring architecture and flickering candles have been used to induce deep states of mind.

Since ancient times, shamans and sages have used the power of fire and rhythmic drumbeats as a bridge to cross from the sub-conscious to deeper mind states. August 2011–A Time To Do More Than You Think Is Possible

The main theme for August is Wake Up and Pay Attention.

This does not mean becoming more hyper-vigilant or controlling but rather becoming more present and taking notice from a place of expanded awareness. Most of us have narrowed our experience of life and ability to respond down to a very narrow band, being asleep or unconscious about the greater part of it. If we didn’t, we would be overwhelmed at what we have put up with and continue putting up with.

In the development of the mind and the mental ability to problem solve, we have traded in the awareness of our instinctual and emotional responses for the illusion of security in trusting that the mind can solve everything. We are quickly seeing that in these accelerated times not only can the mind not keep up, but that it limits our ability to respond in other ways so crucial to our survival at this time. The mind is almost never present. It is almost always either in the past; reviewing, judging, trying to understand, categorizing, filing and organizing; or in the future; planning, worrying, tracking, organizing and trying to get a handle on linear time. Notice that when you are doing a task that requires complete presence, the mind becomes quiet and inactive, taking a back seat.

Animals in the wild and other aspects of nature react to their environment with efficiency in their knowing, timing and action. This does not come from a place of mental planning but rather from being aware and responding to the present circumstances. Nature is very flexible. Because of our attachments, expectations and constant mental micromanaging, we have lost both the ability to be flexible and the ability to be instantly responsive. We have diminished our experience of life, we have fallen asleep, and we forgotten how to trust and be present.

We are still in an emotionally centered year. The emotional center is there to teach us a different way of reacting. The emotional center is not about emoting or being emotional. It is about relying on a different level of intuition that takes in way more information than the intellectual realm of the mind can ever process. We need to remember how to use this center more effectively so that we can trust our non-mental process and begin to give it more credit. The mind is a very useful tool and it is important to use it to set intentions, goals and direction, but we cannot expect the mind to get us there. The mind on its own is not capable of driving enough energy to accomplish anything. It is too limited and yet we have given it this impossible task. No wonder we feel helpless, powerless, fatigued and confused.

It will take time to turn this pattern around and you can start by waking up your senses and paying attention to your surroundings by being more present and aware. If you spend a little bit of time every day in non-mental awareness practicing being present, you will exercise this part of yourself and eventually it will become automatic. This is what is required in order to move into a higher state of consciousness at this time. Anything you can do this month that raises your consciousness is an excellent use of the influences. Any practices that help connect you to spirit and get you out of your mind will also be very helpful.

There will be many lessons and opportunities to see just how effective you can be without your mind trying to control everything. The discipline will be to keep yourself present and out of the past and the future. This is the time to step up to the plate, show up fully and take responsibility for yourself, your actions and your truth. It is time to get out of denial, to open your eyes and all your senses, to truly look at what you have been putting up with and to do something about it. This requires courage and action and you may not always get positive responses from others, as misery loves company. When you decide to take the high road you may need to set some boundaries against certain energies that are no longer compatible. Remember that negative reactions from others are usually projections and it is important not to take things personally especially when you know you are on the right track.

By the same token, if you are having a strong negative reaction to someone or their actions, you may need to look at how you may be projecting on them or how their actions may have threatened your own complacency and denial. See each of them, as a teacher and a mirror, stay neutral, present and awake.

This is an incredibly accelerated time where incredible things are possible. You need to watch for the aggression mode of the year showing up in negative ways both in yourself and in others. Since the mind is being quickly surpassed by the speed of things these days, you also may experience anything from feeling like you are losing your mind, panic attacks, anxiety and amnesia. This is much about the dissolving of linear time and thus the tracking method of the mind. Watch also for bleed-through from the astral plane at inconvenient times, throwing you momentarily off the course of linear thought. You are being called upon to trust all the other senses, to trust your intuition and to learn to process information in a different way. The acceleration of the times makes it possible to accomplish way more than your mind would “think” possible. At the same time, if something is destructing, it will take much less time than “usual” for it to completely destruct. Any process is aggressively accelerated in these times so if something seems stagnant or not moving, all it needs is a spark of intention to set it on course.
