Is It Time to Ditch 4 Years of Costly College for Apprenticeships?

Though I am proud to have a college degree, I recognized that today a college education is not what it used to be. Our system of higher education is unsustainable and broken: Tuition has soared 1,100%–five times the Consumer Price Index. Increasingly, students graduate from college with huge student loan debt, and they can’t find a good paying job that enables them to pay off their “non-dischargeable” student loans. (The Clintons supported the bankers in making student loans non-dischargeable in bankruptcy, which means that even if you claim bankruptcy, you still have to pay student loans).

It’s time to think outside the conventional box to create prosperity. It is becoming increasingly important to open our minds to new ways of learning and creating prosperity. In this post, the author presents one solution. I think there can be variations of his idea of traditional apprenticeships–such as online apprenticeships to learn how to create money online.

Think expansively. Trust that there is always a solution to every challenge, and open your mind to the possibilities!

Sun Medicine Secrets -Part 2 of 2

As you might know, I’ve posted about the importance of investing in gold, the medicinal value of using colloidal gold. But there’s more!

In my research about gold, I discovered more about what the ancients taught about gold. It turns out that gold is symbolic of the sun. My research led me to dig deeper into the teachings about the sun by the ancient spiritual traditions, biblical scriptures and great philosophers such as Plato and Pythagoras. Down the rabbit hole I went!

My journey led me to discover the healing powers of the sun.

In this video, you learn how the sun can heal depression, increase positive thinking, strengthen the will, regenerate and reactivates brain cells, improve vision and eye disorders, balance body chemistry…and more! During the Q&A part, Hira even answers a question about the use of solar gazing to help meth addicts. He cites medical research, which I think is important in this type of presentation.

The Vaccine Science EVOLUTION Contradiction (video)

If the human body must have vaccines to survive, then evolution and natural selection are fraudulent scientific theories. Conversely, if natural selection is real, then all humans are the survivors of thousands of generations of ancestors who self-immunized without any vaccines at all.

Mike Adams’ video — just three minutes long — unveils this glaring science contradiction that reveals how either vaccine propagandists are full of bunk, or evolution and natural selection doesn’t happen

Do You Know How To Breathe To Calm Yourself & Diminish Stress?

The solution to stress lies within us. Nature has given us a defense mechanism with which to diminish the harmful effects of stress: breathing. It’s incredible but we have become so “civilized” that we have to relearn how to breath properly.

Our emotional well being is directly linked to the rhythmic flow of our breathing.

The breathing of a person who is upset is rapid and shallow, and it’s localized in the chest. The breathing of a relaxed person sinks to the abdomen.

Since emotions are directly linked to the breath, a good way to calm ourselves is by regulating our breathing. There are different types of breathing practices that can be done to diminish agitation, stop thoughts or to just simply induce a feeling of calmness…

June–The Theme Is Adaptability!

The main theme for June is ADAPTABILITY!

You do not have to like some of the things that are happening, you just have to stop resisting them. Resistance requires a lot of energy that can be better spent elsewhere. This is a choice. If you really embraced the lessons around trust last month, you should find yourself in a place of greater acceptance and flexibility. Resistance is fear based and usually accompanied by negative emotions such as anger, martyrdom, judgment, resentment and blame. It can cause depression and anxiety negating inspiration, enthusiasm and your zest for life.

Adaptability is the ability to take a current situation or circumstance that is either unfamiliar or somehow unacceptable, and instead of resisting or blocking it, accepting and allowing it through your own choice. Instead of putting all of your energy into resistance and judgment, choose instead to put it into being resourceful and proactive

More Americans Living With Parents Than With a Romantic Partner For First Time Since 1880

If you’ve read my past posts on finance, it’s probably becoming clearer to you how the economy has deteriorated in unprecedented ways. The rules that govern our “free market” system have been just about wiped out.

The lifeblood of entrepreneurship (capital), has been redirected away from the creation of jobs and new business.

Many people confuse the wealth earned by people who actually create new products and services with the wealth skimmed by financiers.

America’s economic illness has a name: financialization. It’s a term for the trend by which Wall Street leads by investing capital in self-serving investments that generate no new products/services, no new jobs and no improvements in productivity–the only engine that generates widespread wealth and prosperity.

Here’s an example of how financiers are destroying the U.S. and global economy.

Financiers borrow billions of dollars in nearly free money via Federal Reserve easy credit (essentially our money) and using the cash to buy back corporate shares, boosting the value of stock owned by insiders and management: no new products/services, no new jobs and no improvements in productivity.

I know that this post is more complex than most articles I share.

But, I believe it’s important to wake up and be aware on ALL levels. Being aware of one’s adversary, opponent or potential threats helps us to be prepared. It empowers us to make more informed decisions so that we are not caught off -guard. A warrior is never taken by surprise.

This article by Michael Krieger shows a snapshot of how the destruction of our free market economy has impacted the average person. The article titled “More Americans Living With Parents Than With a Romantic Partner For First Time Since 1880” may inspire you to expand your income possibilities and not rely on wages for income.

In upcoming posts, I’ll be writing about entrepreneur opportunities that may inspire you. I suggest using your creative thinking skills to plan how to diversify your family’s income sources.

image_of_nature_for_Don_Juans_quote

“How can I know who I am, when I am all this?”

“How can I know who I am, when I am all this?” he said, sweeping the surroundings with a gesture of his head.
– Don Juan Matus, Journey to Ixtlan.

Early man, and seers like don Juan, conceived of their reality as multi-dimensional. They knew they held within themselves the very same elements as their surroundings. They knew they were connected with the stones, rain, wind, trees, plants, animals, stars and merged their consciousness with nature. They communicated with nature and lived by the wisdom of the Spirit that moves through all things.

The ancients saw their universe as multiple, with consciousness existing in myriad of layers, unseen to the eye of the average man; seen only with the inner eye of the seer.

Contrast this with our dominant belief in a ‘one-dimensional’ world view. We are taught the concept of ‘one’ way of being and ‘one’ reality existing at a time. This gives rise to separation from our surroundings and each other, to narrowing our vast talents into a socially accepted groove, to thinking in limited ways–to perceiving life in linear ways…

We can integrate spiritual truths into our daily life to expand our ways of thinking and empowering ourselves. In my audiobook, The Warrior Spirit, I explain how we tend to limit ourselves with linear ways of thinking when it comes to financial goals.
